1 General Terms and Applicability

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") apply to all services, products, games and activities on the xxxbet platform. "xxxbet", "we", "our" or "platform" refers to this site and all operations associated with it.

"User", "you" or "member" refers to any person who has registered on xxxbet or is using any service on the site. By accessing the site, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted all provisions of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh shall apply.

1.1 Precedence of Terms

Separate terms may apply to specific bonuses, promotions or particular games. In such cases, those special terms will operate as a supplement to these general Terms. Where a conflict arises, the special terms shall take precedence.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account on xxxbet, a user must meet the following requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must provide accurate and complete personal information at the time of registration
• Each individual may operate only one account
• Only one account may be opened per mobile number
• Opening multiple accounts using the same device or IP address is prohibited

2.1 Accuracy of Information

The name, address, date of birth and mobile number provided at registration must be correct. xxxbet reserves the right to verify this information at any time by requesting a national ID card, bank statement or other documents. Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately. You are liable for any use of your account by a third party.

3 Age Verification and Protection of Minors

xxxbet strictly requires that no one under the age of 21 may use this platform. A copy of a national ID card or passport may be requested at the time of registration or at any later stage for age verification.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on xxxbet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following methods are supported for depositing and withdrawing funds on the platform:

• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major commercial banks

4.1 Minimum Amounts

The minimum amount for each deposit is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

4.2 Transaction Verification

For large withdrawal amounts, xxxbet may carry out additional identity verification. Funds may only be withdrawn to a method registered in the user's own name. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.

4.3 Balance Expiry

For accounts that have been inactive for six consecutive months, xxxbet may apply an administrative charge. Users will be notified by email before any extended period of inactivity leads to such a charge.

5 Bonuses, Offers and Wagering Requirements

xxxbet offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Please read the following terms carefully before activating any bonus:

5.1 Wagering Requirements

The bonus amount received must be wagered 10 times before it can be withdrawn. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200, and you will need to wager ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 to become eligible for withdrawal.

5.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonuses may only be used on games approved by xxxbet
• Some games do not count towards bonus wagering — this is clearly indicated in the game lobby
• No more than one bonus may be active at a time
• If suspicious activity related to bonuses is detected, the bonus will be cancelled

5.3 VIP Cashback

Regular members receive weekly cashback through the VIP programme. Bronze members receive up to 0.3%, Silver members up to 0.5% and Gold members up to 0.8% weekly cashback, calculated on the net losses for the week. Cashback is separate from bonuses and is added directly to the balance.

6 Betting Rules and Operations

All bets placed on xxxbet are final and generally cannot be cancelled once confirmed. The following rules apply to betting:

6.1 Sports Betting

• The odds set for each event are considered final
• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet is voided and the funds are returned
• For suspended matches, xxxbet will make a decision at its own discretion
• In multi-bets, if one selection loses the entire bet is void

6.2 Casino Games

• All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG)
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final
• xxxbet is not liable if a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical fault

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Bets

The set limits for each game or event are clearly displayed on that game's lobby or page. xxxbet reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

7 Prohibited Activities and Code of Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on xxxbet and, if identified, will result in immediate account closure:

• Bonus abuse or bonus harvesting
• Operating multiple accounts
• Use of automated software or bots
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in games or the betting system
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions
• Colluding with other users
• Operating an account under a false identity
• Attempting unauthorised access to the platform's systems

If such activities are identified, the associated balance may be forfeited and legal action may be taken if necessary.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure at the User's Request

Any user may close their account at any time by contacting us via live chat or email. The existing balance may be withdrawn before account closure, however any bonus-related funds will not be available unless the applicable terms have been met.

8.2 Closure at xxxbet's Initiative

xxxbet reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in cases of Terms violations, suspected fraud or legal reasons. In such cases, xxxbet will be obliged to return any legitimate balance after the conclusion of the investigation.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

9 Limitation of Liability

xxxbet is not liable for the following:

• Losses in games or bets due to internet disconnection or device issues
• Transaction delays caused by third-party technical failures
• Account information being exposed due to the user's own negligence
• Legal consequences of gambling within the user's own jurisdiction

However, if a verified loss occurs due to a technical fault on the platform, xxxbet will consider reasonable compensation.

10 Privacy and Data Protection
